Architect Neave Brown designed this apartment for COEN!. We find it truly remarkable, especially because it is “upside down”, as the designer describes it. The apartment got this designation from the fact that the living room is not situated on the ground floor, as usual, but at the top floor, from where it can offer beautiful views. The bedrooms can be found on the first stock, and the design studio is on the ground floor.
The dwelling is a bit sober, but thanks to the very colorful works of art on the walls, there is also a special and lively feel to it. Talking about this modern, warm home, the designer sais that “most importantly perhaps is the fact that the focus has been entirely on the people that live in this apartment, and not on the interior”.
