The fittingly named “House and the Trees” project was completed in 2015 in Las Condes, Santiago, Chile by a team of experts from Iglesis Arquitectos. As the name suggests, the home is surrounded by large, beautiful trees that offer a sense of naturalness while ensuring privacy. As for the residence itself, it is a fine example of modern architecture, as it incorporates everything one could possibly ask for: spaciousness, comfort and privacy.

Its ground floor is linked to the outdoors thanks to a series of sliding glass doors and large floor-to-ceiling windows. This way, the views are unobstructed, and the owner can step outside at any time in order to enjoy a great sunbathing session or a swimming session in the swimming pool. Even though the walls and the floors are predominantly white, the wood-paneled ceiling and the integrated lighting fixtures add a touch of warmth and coziness, which is further enhanced by high-quality wooden furnishings and tasteful décor elements.
