If spending $1.5 million per couple on a luxury vacation is not too much for you, then you should definitely try the opulent 124-day vacation onboard the magnificent Silver Whisper cruise ship. The trip is offered by Six Star Cruises, and it also includes a little helicopter and private jet time, some caviar, and fine Dom Perignon Rosi champagne.
The experience will begin from the guests’ homes, where a helicopter will arrive to take them to a luxe Boeing jet. Here they will be welcomed with fine Beluga Caviar ($5,800 per kilogram), and expensive Da Hong Pao tea, harvested from plants that are 1,000 years old (some $3,000 per kilogram). Also on the plane guests will be presented with an extravagant ten-course tasting menu prepared by a Michelin-starred chef.
From the luxurious jet with gold plated fixtures, the guests will be transported to the remarkable cruise ship that will depart from Los Angeles and will visit 28 different countries (among which are the Maldives, Malaysia and New Zealand). The ship will leave in January 2013. On the vessel, the wealthy travelers will be staying in the Royal Suite, but the package also includes four nights in a suite on Sunset Island, Miami, and four nights at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in L.A.
