Restored Loft in Denver for Sale

Restored Loft in Denver (20)

This stunning loft is part of the remarkable Flour Mill Lofts project that was opened in Denver, Colorado in 1999. The building was erected in 1906 to store and process the area’s wheat crops. Known as the Pride of the Rockies Flour Mill, the building was used for industrial purposes for approximately four decades before being completely abandoned. Later, the landmark building was converted into a luxury lofts project by local developer Dana Crawford.

This particular loft boasts 2,198 square feet of living spaces and can be found on the fourth floor of the building. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it flaunts a beautiful eclectic interior style. The loft changed owners several times and its price varied a lot: from $337,500 to $1.2 million. Since no one was willing to pay over one million dollars for it,  the loft is still on the market today, only this time with a slightly lower price: $973,000.
