About two years from now a new hotel will be opened in Nanchang, China. Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts plans on erecting the building in two phases.
The first one will bring 319 guestrooms, 18 suites, a meeting and function space, some recreation facilities, a specialty restaurant and bar, an all-day dining restaurant, a Chinese restaurant and, of course a lobby lounge. The suites range from 84 to 210 square meters (that’s 904 to 2,260 square feet) and over half of them have beautiful views of the Ganjiang River and the gardens there.
As if all this would not be enough, the phase two of the construction will add a high-end residential area, an office tower and a shopping space.
