Renovated in 2013 by CR2 Arquitetura, Casa 7×37 can be found in São Paulo, Brazil, and it represents a holiday home of sorts even though it was built in relatively close proximity to its owners’ main apartment. And since the owners live in an apartment, they wanted their second home to feature plenty of greenery as well as a barbecue area and a swimming pool, all of which offer perfect opportunities for relaxation and entertainment.
A visually striking artistic panel sketched out by Athos Bulcão Foundation is found in close proximity to the garden and to the kitchen, living room and family room on the ground floor. The panel flanks the swimming pool and sings a rightful ode to Brazilian modernist architecture.
The living room and the kitchen share the same space and feature modern furnishings, amenities and state-of-the-art appliances. All in all, Casa 7X37 flaunts 1,991 square feet of living space, but it looks so much bigger thanks to its original and well-thought-out design.
