This is not the first time we see the Swarovski logo on grand projects, but it’s definitely the first time that we see it associated with a massive residential complex! Yes, the fabled Austrian company has started a collaboration with City Corporation Ltd. to erect a series of luxurious buildings in Pune, India.
Spanning over 45 floors, the towers will be 150 meters (492 feet) high, and will flaunt some truly amazing homes for lovers of luxury. The interiors will feature Swarovski decorations and fixtures, plus an impressive number of other high-end amenities. These include top-notch home automated solutions digital locking systems, automated air-conditioning and automated curtains, gas leak detectors, broadband facility, power backup, entirely digitized mood lighting, and more.
For a real plush feeling, the residences will also have aluminum sliding windows with safety grills and mosquito meshes, Italian marble floors, top-of-the-line sanitary ware, polished fittings with chromed finish, decorative entrance doors shop-from-home options, and the list just goes on. The computer renderings of the project look amazing, and we cannot wait to see the real thing.
