Completed in 2014 by Estudio 6 Arquitectos, Casa V is located in Peru’s Asia District and flaunts 3,229 square feet of space. It features a modern design inside and out, and it benefits from gorgeous panoramas of the surrounding environment. Built on a sloping site, the residence features social outdoor living spaces at its top floor such as a terrace, a lounging area and a swimming pool.
The different levels are connected by an interior staircase with seemingly floating steps. The living room boasts comfortable sofas as well as gaming area with a pool table. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and is flanked by a small dining area that includes a wooden table and wooden chairs.
Most of Casa V’s walls were made out of concrete, but some walls are made out of glass and help fade the limits between the indoors and outdoors.
