This magnificent contemporary residence is located in Israel and affords beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea from all its rooms. It was created by Oded & Elizabeth Tal Architects on a sloping site in a suburb north of Tel Aviv. To maximize its views towards the sea, the architects decided to build the house at the top side of the lot, leaving the rest of the site free for the garden areas and the pool.
Glass walls open the ground floor to the outside living spaces. Here the owners can easily entertain their guests next to the pool, the hot tub or the full outdoor kitchen.
Whenever the heat becomes unbearable, the house provides complete shelter from the sun. Its walls are highly insulated and the windows are double glazed. The residence boasts five en-suite bedrooms, a master suite on the top floor, a spa, a cinema and a separate quarters for the staff.
