It boasts wonderful ocean views and an inviting mix of contemporary and rustic styles. Large windows invite natural light inside, and the curved roof of the living area is actually an extension of the hill in which the residence is partially hidden. Even the 5000 gallon water storage tank was placed underground to avoid disrupting the view.
