Sketched out by SAOTA & ARRCC and completed in 2014 in Ibiza, Spain, this fabulous beach villa is named Roca Llisa, and it truly represents a perfect place to come home to. If you’re one of those people who love spending time at the beach as much as possible, then you’ll definitely appreciate this home’s proximity to the beach and water, but given its luxurious interiors, you’ll probably be torn between spending some time indoors and enjoying the pleasant breeze outside.
Offering splendid views of the sea from most of its rooms, the residence flaunts large windows and sliding glass doors that fade the limits between the interior and exterior spaces. Throughout the interior, the architects implemented a minimalistic design based on crisp white walls, white ceilings and high quality furnishings that come in warm tones of beige and brown. For a touch of naturalness, plenty of wooden finishes were implemented, particularly when it comes to the kitchen, dining area and bedrooms. The different levels are linked by an interior staircase, which features no adornments apart from a lighting system implemented on its adjacent wall.
