World’s Priciest Home Per Square Foot Costs $105.67 Million

Hong Kong is a city that is well known for its high priced real estate, which is why it comes as no surprise that the world’s most expensive home per square foot is located there. The house in question was put on the market by a company called Sun Hung Kai Properties, and it features a whopping price tag of $105.67 million.

The property includes a luxurious penthouse that is a part of the Twelve Peaks residential development. Located in Hong Kong’s Victoria Peak district, the penthouse essentially costs $175,000 per square foot, and even though it offers “just” 4,661 square feet of living space, it also comes with a 4,480 square foot garden and a rooftop that measures 800 square feet. Needless to say, the lucky owner of this lavish home would be able to enjoy ample entertaining and relaxation opportunities, especially if we are to consider the terrace that measures 275 square feet as well as the private swimming pool.

Moreover, multiple cars can be parked in the 900 square foot parking space. All things considered, it’s really not a bad deal at all.
