If it doesn’t freak you out, then you might actually like this unique creation, called “Handelier”. Created by Los Angeles-based Voila Studio, the Handelier is simply a bunch of fittings shaped like human hands hanging from the ceiling. Each “hand” is made from antique aluminum glove molds fitted with special Edison bulbs. They have many perforations that allow the light to come out and fill the room.
The Handelier takes four weeks to complete and is highly customizable. True pieces of modern art, the chandeliers measure 12 inches in diameter and 75 inches in height. You can have your very own example for $3,160.
