All you need is $4,000 for one such sleep aid. Too opulent? Maybe, but that will definitely not stop true luxury lovers who want to enjoy a glam beauty sleep.
The shimmering masks have been manufactured by Virgin Atlantic, who created five different models in a very limited edition. The designer behind this project was Saima Anwar, who took time to place thousands of red, blue and white gems on her creations. Each piece features 3,000 crystals and took about ten hours of meticulous work to complete.
Apparently the recipients of these pieces won’t know they’ve got them until opening their amenity kits. Virgin Atlantic decided to keep a little bit of mystery around the sleep masks, and hide them during flights. We actually really like the initiative.
