Sony’s cameras are definitely getting more and more impressive as the years go by, and it’s very nice to see that the company is actively investing time and money in order to perfect its A6000 line. The brand new A6300 is a compact yet very impressive camera that’s able to go toe-to-toe with some of the competition’s higher-end models, particularly as far as recording video is concerned.
That’s because the A6300 is able to record 4K video as well as 1080p videos at up to 120 frames per second. Moreover, this device boasts the world’s fastest autofocus system, as it can lock on to a subject in as little as .05 seconds. The sensor features a resolution of 24 megapixels, and it is complemented by a Bionz X processor that ensures an ISO sensitivity level of up to 51,200. As for the viewfinder, it was upgraded to 2.4 million dots, which is about twice as better when compared to the previous model. Other highlights comprise NFC and Wi-Fi connectivity, silent shooting and a microphone line input. Priced at just $1,150 with a 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 kit lens included, Sony’s A6300 sounds like a perfect choice for any budget-minded enthusiast.
