Located in Paradise Valley, Arizona, the Monk’s Shadow Residence by Kendle Design Collaborative is a gorgeous two-phase mansion with sweeping views and luxe amenities. Phase one of the house includes the main living areas, roof decks, terraces and an infinity pool. Phase two is where the garage, the guest house, the workshop and the office can be found. Together, the two phases of the house flaunt 7,400 square feet of living spaces.
The owners wanted to have a pavilion-like home, open to the outdoor living areas on all sides. The extensive use of glass for exterior walls was the perfect solution for that. This also ensured gorgeous views of the surroundings. Kendle Design Collaborative designed the dwelling to ensure proper ventilation, as cool mountainside evening breezes are channeled through the house. Monk’s Shadow Residence is definitely a dream mansion.
