Benefitting from spectacular panoramas of the ocean, the St. Leon 10 Residence was completed by SAOTA in Bantry Bay, Cape Town, South Africa. This is definitely one of the most outstanding bachelor pads that we’ve seen in a while, and one of its most impressive features comes in the form of an infinity swimming pool that flanks a sunken living room. It’s also worth mentioning at this point that all of the rooms benefit from vies of the ocean, but there are other things to admire as well, such as the Clifton Beaches, Robben Island or the 12 Apostle Mountains.
However, privacy can also be enjoyed at the back of the house, where there are no openings apart from a glazed double volume entrance area. The living wing of the abode includes a dining room, a kitchen and a pair of lounges, while the ground floor incorporates an entertainment room adjacent to the swimming pool, as well as the aforementioned sunken lounge, a wine cellar and an onyx bar. The second guest room and the gymnasium are also located at this level, while the bedrooms on the second floor can be reached via a sculptural staircase.
