Famous jeweler Stephen Webster and Cherish Finden, the pastry chef at Langham have teamed up to create a new exquisite offer for luxury tea lovers. Scheduled for launch this fall, the Stephen Webster Bijoux Afternoon Tea draws its inspiration from the artist’s latest jewelry collection, entitled “Murder She Wrote”.
Resembling the dazzling jewels in the collection, the sweets for this limited edition afternoon tea will be adorned with edible confections that resemble colored gemstones and brilliant diamonds. The Guinness macaroon with blackcurrant jelly named Crystal Clear Diamond and the shortbread with dark chocolate and red peppercorn named Poison Apple are two examples of the high-end delicacies that will be served with the expensive tea.
London’s luxurious Langham hotel will soon offer the Stephen Webster Bijoux Afternoon Tea for approximately $80 per person as a delightful combination of food and fashion. Tea fans will have the opportunity to enjoy the limited edition offer from September 1 until March 31.
