Jaguar E-X50: A Modern Interpretation of the E-Type

Jaguar E-X50 A Modern Interpretation of the E-Type (10)

Turkish designer Emre Husmen has imagined a beautiful way of celebrating the 50th anniversary of the world-famous Jaguar E-Type. First launched in March 1961, the E-Type was an instant success and is still one of the most admired vehicles in the world. Now, for those who wondered how would the classic car look like today, Husmen is proud to present several computer rendered images of the modern-day E-Type he created.

Reflecting the proportions of the original car, the E-X50 also draws a little inspiration from the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG in terms of dimensions. The design cues of the E-Type are beautifully mixed with new, modern lines and the final result is really spectacular. See for yourself in the following pictures.
