Now we know barbequing has it’s own special charm, because it implies the same tradition for almost every family: it all happens outside, where every one is having a good time while the men do the cooking. But what if the weather changes suddenly? That’s exactly what Miele thought of when they created the indoor CombiSet grills.
The grills feature two heating zones, each one with it’s own controls. This means that you can sear and cook different dishes at the same time, on the same grill. The CombiSet grills have lava rocks and iron grates which take care of the heat distribution to ensure maximum efficiency in cooking. Miele created two models: a 12” wide one with a price tag of $1,300, and a 15” wide one that costs $1,500.
