This car accident is something that surely cannot happen twice. A Ferrari driver caused a chain reaction in which three Mercedes, eight Ferraris, a Nissan GT-R Skyline, a Lamborghini and a Toyota Prius were wrecked or destroyed. The accident took place on Chugoku Expressway in Shimonoseki and it was caused by a driver who lost control of the car when trying to overtake another vehicle.
All the luxurious cars were coming from Hiroshima, heading to Kyushu. Because the accident took place on the highway, at a very high speed, the drivers didn’t have time or the possibility to avoid the chain reaction. No serious injuries were reported, but the damages worth over $3 million. Just take a second and think about this. What are the odds of such an event occurring, involving so many expensive cars at a time?
