The “netsuke” in question was put together using 0.71ounces of pure 24k gold, and it even boasts diamond adornments on the bear’s belly. Those who are fortunate enough to afford the $6,179 price tag will receive their golden Rilakkuma in March in a character-branded box that can also be used for safekeeping.
