Hotel Bellagio, Las Vegas Opens All-You-Can-Eat Caviar Buffet

It all started with a test run of a few weeks of caviar bar at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas. After the experiment, the hotel was happy to conclude that the project simply had to be transformed into a new permanent feature, because clients were very enthusiastic about it and the caviar bar experience had been a big hit.

Consequently, the Bellagio decided to open an all-you-can-eat caviar buffet where customers could also enjoy Ahi tuna cones, sushi and blinis. With a rather restrictive policy, the buffet is not exactly a place where people can gulp the expensive fish eggs without any kind of restraint. There will be a chef attendant at the buffet, serving clients with different types of dishes adorned with caviar.

Here you will be able to taste a variety of fish eggs, such as salmon roe, red flying fish tobiko caviar, and black American sturgeon caviar. Open on Fridays and Saturdays from 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM, the buffet will charge its guests only $38 for each delicious caviar feast.
