Even though Holden Special Vehicles wanted to keep a low profile with its next gen HSV range, the guys at carsguide.com.au have managed to get a little information ahead the official launch on May 15. Apparently the new Gen-F GTS sedan is going to be the most powerful and also the fastest Australian car ever.
No official photos to share yet, but reports say that the new generation will be tuned down a little in terms of design. Less scoops and wings, they say, but more muscle and speed, they add. Powering the car will be a 575 HP, 545 lb-ft of torque engine.
The suspensions and other stability-related features have also been improved, because they now need to face speeds of 155 mph. The 0-62 mph time is less than 4.5 seconds. Apparently the awesome sedan will be ready to populate showrooms staring June 15.
