The beautiful Gramercy Duplex was created in New York City by Slade Architecture. They transformed two one bedroom duplex suites in one duplex with two bedrooms. The lower level holds the living room, the kitchen with a movable island, a powder room and a master bedroom suite. The two levels of the duplex are connected by a staircase behind the kitchen cabinets. On the second floor there is a guest room and the daughter’s bedroom.
