Gorgeous Evantra V8 Supercar by Faralli & Mazzanti

The new Evantra V8 model from Faralli & Mazzanti(F&M) was recently unveiled at the Top Marques Monaco 2013 show. It didn’t take long for everybody to understand that this vehicle came as a threat to the fabled Lamborghini Aventador, and here is why.

The supercar is now powered by a naturally-aspirated 7.0-liter V8 engine instead of the original 3.5 liter flat-six one, and it is capable of delivering 701 hp at 6,600 rpm, as well as an impressive torque of 625 lb-ft. Coupled to this power machine is a 6-speed sequential transmission that helps the ride reach 60 mph from a standstill in only 3.2 seconds. Its top speed is 217 mph. Two driving modes are available – Strada (street) and Corsa (race).

This impressive performance is kept in check by Brembo brakes with 14.96-inch (380 mm) discs and 6-piston calipers in the front, while the rear wheels feature 14.17-inch (360 mm) discs and 4-piston calipers. The 20-inch OZ alloys areevidently wrapped in performance tires, which come from Continental (255/30R20 front, 305/25R20 rear).

As for the exterior, the Evantra is available with two bodywork versions: a carbon fiber composite variant called Pro-Body, and a fully customizable handcrafted aluminum variant called One-Body. The new V8 boasts a series of brushed aluminum and carbon fiber inserts as well as a new rear wing.

On the inside, things are also pretty exciting. The center console features a data acquisition system (DAS) from AIM, while the engine button is located on the roof panel. Once you step inside you cannot miss the steering wheel display, which clearly indicated the gear in which the car is at any given time. A Bosch audio-navigation system will keep you entertained and show you all the fastest ways towards your destinations.

Pricing is unknown yet, but as far as availability is concerned, F&M announced that it only intends to manufacture 5 units per year.
