Those of you who have seen our post about Mark Tracy’s penthouse interior in Las Vegas will easily recognize the American designer’s style in the Hurtado Residence. Also located in Las Vegas, this Chemical Spaces project was completed in January 2011 and it boasts 10,000 square feet of lushly appointed living spaces.
An 11-foot custom made aluminum front door opens to a realm of luxury and comfort. At the entrance guests can immediately notice the striped floor tile, the floating staircase and the three-story elevator tower. The highlight of the kitchen and of the living room is the 14-foot wide fireplace, but the LED lights throughout are also meant to create a special ambiance.
With a lot of wide open spaces and modern furnishings in every room, the Hurtado Residence is a perfect dwelling for dynamic young people, especially if they like to host parties in their home.
