Frank Stephenson is the man responsible for the unique design of the McLaren P1, the Ferrari F430 and the Mini Cooper. However, McLaren Automotive’s design director is not only well versed at sketching out cars, as his Riverbreeze powerboat is perhaps one of the most amazing vessels of its kind. Stylish and luxurious, this powerboat was designed primarily with comfort in mind. It is powered by a 4.2-kilowatt electric pod motor that gets its juice from eight Varta 12-volt marine batteries.
Measuring in at 31 feet in length, this powerboat was put together using fabulous hardwoods such as mahoganies and rosewood brought in from Africa and Brazil. These hardwoods were coated with no less than 35 layers of lacquer, which is why they look so spectacular.
