Fossil has recently upped the level of exquisiteness in their watches: they have recently introduced a new line of Swiss Made timepieces. Boasting a very appealing description – “exquisite, inside and out” – the watches are a really great blend of American design, craftsmanship and skill, and Swiss tradition and quality.
Some specialists in the field are already criticizing the initiative, describing the pieces as lacking substance and featuring a too unclear Swiss movements. Diehard Fossil fans, however, will definitely be thrilled to learn about the new line. They will have three different models to choose from (automatic, day + date, and chronograph), all with a few more versions.
The watches are meant to impress with a high level of detail: rectangular indices and carefully applied numerals at the 6 and 12 o’clock positions, domed dials, curved hands, double domed sapphire crystals with no distortion effect, transparent casebacks, and an overall harmonious design. Prices for this new collection range from $695 to $995.
