Next month Dubai will be the host of the first World Luxury Expo where only elite people will be invited to admire the world’s most exquisite creations in terms of luxury and opulence. The event will take place at the famous Hotel Burj Al Arab between 15-17 January.
Discerning VVIP from the Gulf Cooperation Council union will have the privilege of seeing luxe creations from various categories: high-end fashion and jewelry, fine arts, hand-crafted timepieces, automobiles, designer furniture, private aircrafts, luxury travel, and more.
Here are some of the most remarkable items that the guests will be able to admire.
– The largest atlas ever created, presented by Earth Platinum. It measures 6 x 9 feet and it is one of only 31 copies in the world.
– Steinway will show a glamorous 1/6 scale model grand piano entirely covered with glittering crystals. This will only be a preview of the full-scale creation which costs a huge AED 12 million (about $3.3 million).
– Swedish company Hästens will display their premier product, a superb and extremely comfortable handmade bed called Vividus. One such masterpiece takes 160 hours to manufacture and costs around $100,000.
