What do you get if you mix Ferrari’s Prancing Horse with China’s Year of the Dragon? An outstanding special edition Ferrari 458 Italia inspired by an old idiom that means “the vigor and the spirit of the legendary dragon-horse”. Well, this dragon-horse was only recently been unveiled by the automaker, and it will be unleashed at the World Expo Park in Shanghai.
For the 458 Italia China Edition, Ferrari developed a special color, dubbed Marco Polo Red, which is different from the company’s signature red hue. Adding to the visual appeal of the vehicle, a beautiful golden dragon decorates the hood of the car. Other golden elements, including the rims, continue this sense of opulence in the entire design.
There’s no official statement regarding the price or the availability of the car yet. However, we’re sure that Ferrari will mark its 20th anniversary in the Chinese Market with quite a steep price.
