Ferrari to Unveil the New California at Geneva

One of the goodies that will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show next moth is a new and upgraded version of Ferrari’s sleek California. After receiving a series of upgrades, the supercar is ready to conquer a lot of hearts at the upcoming auto event.

A tweaked ECU and an new exhaust manifold have given the California 30 extra horsepower, upping the output figures to 490 hp. Thanks to the new aluminum manufacturing techniques, the vehicle is also 66 pounds lighter. These changes have lead to a new 0-62 mph time of just 3.8 seconds.

The automaker has also given the California a new Handling Speciale package with magnetorheological dampers for faster suspension adjustments, plus stiffer  springs, and a quicker steering ratio. Only two photos are currently available for the curious, but in three weeks we will see the new ride in all its splendor at Geneva.
