However, that might soon change thanks to DJI’s Matrice-600 product – a reliable drone that was designed to carry and operate high-quality cameras such as the RED Dragon.
It’s worth pointing out that these cameras should not weigh more than 13 pounds, but there are plenty of offerings out there that meet this requirement. The drone’s Ronin MX can perform 360-degree rotations, while DJI focus can link to the camera via a Lightbridge 2 transmission in order to enable various adjustments. These features are powered by six DJI intelligent batteries, which also provide enough juice for up to 15 minutes of flight when the drone is fully loaded.
