Instrument Collection is a series of three exquisite timepieces by Arnold & Son. Each piece in the collection was inspired by the precious and reliable watches that John Arnold and his son John Roger used to create together. Bearing the mark of the past, but perfectly fitting into today’s world of advanced technologies, these are collection pieces that every connoisseur will find irresistible.
First in the series is the Instrument DBG Equation GMT, with two separate displays that help the wearer read the time in two different time zones and easily establish whether it is an AM or a PM time. Each display has its own gear train, barrel, balance and escapement. This model is available in stainless steel or 18-carat rose gold.
The second model is called Instrument DBS Equation Sidereal, and it is a tribute to the old Nos. 1 and 2 watches created by John Roger Arnold. Powered by a state-of-the-art A&S1311 calibre movement, it has two separate dials for the solar and sidereal times.
The third watch in the series is known as Instrument TBR, and it is the first automatic movement with integrated True Beat system. This feature was developed at the La chaux-de-Fonds workshops. The three letters in its name stand for True Beat and Retrograde, the two complications that the watch features. This model is also available in stainless steel and 18-carat rose gold.
