It boasts 2,906 square feet of space, and its unique design includes two blocks placed on top of each other perpendicularly. The main materials used during the construction process include wood, glass, and concrete for the walls, all of which blend nicely to create a modern and imposing appearance.
The first block incorporates a small terrace that can be reached via external concrete stairs, while the social spaces are located within the upper block. These include the dining room, kitchen and living room, all sharing the same space for extra convenience. As for the property’s gardens, they include verdant trees that give off much-needed shade during the hot months. There’s also a swimming pool outside, just in case the residents and their guests feel like making a splash.
