Explore the Seas Onboard the Exquisite Elena Super Yacht

True yachting enthusiasts will certainly recognize this beautiful vessel as a stunning replica of a record-braking racing schooner that sailed with style in the 1928 King’s Cup Trans-Atlantic Race, which started in New York and ended spectacularly in Santander. Its name is Elena, a stunning luxury yacht built in 2009, based on the original drawings (from 1910) of designer Nathaniel G Herreshoff.

The old vessel was resurrected by Factoria Naval de Marin, who also gave the 55-meter yacht all the modern amenities that it needs in order to be fully appreciated by the rich men of today. Even though it features only classic interiors that evoke the old times, Elena is also very well anchored into the present, boasting Wi-Fi Internet and television, iPod docking stations, and other modern-day amenities.

Large enough to accommodate up to ten guests, the luxury yacht has tastefully furnished staterooms and en-suite facilities for every cabin. There is also enough space on the vessel for eight crew members, two tenders, and some extra water toys. Chartering this beauty for a week will cost you some €70,000 (approx. $92,000).
