Suitable for a vintage car themed restaurant or even a fun home with a quirky interior design, this unique collection of automotive themed pieces of furniture is simply called Fiat 500 Collection. Designer LapoElkann together with Italian companyMeritalia has transformed the fronts of the compact Fiat 500 into comfy sofas as well as practical tables and consoles.
The first are priced at around $7,000, but the sum is not fixed, because each customizations are also available. You can choose a fabric or a leather upholstery, and you can also have your pick of colors (the Italian flag’s colors are also available as a tricolor version). The coffee table and wall console bear a slightly lighter price tag: $5,500 each.
Even though the pieces are made with real Fiat parts and are painted like any normal car, the wheels are not genuine, so no worries about getting a flat. After you place your order for one of these you will have to wait patiently for approximately 8 weeks for it to arrive to your home. That is actually plenty of time for you to plan a great party and invite people over to see how you’ve redecorated your house!
