Its 45.8mm case is made out of stainless steel and boasts a black vulcanized rubber coating that adds a touch of masculinity to an already imposing piece. As for the dial, it comes with a superb wave pattern complemented by luminescent hour markers and gold hands, which also feature a blue luminescent treatment for improved readability.
The dial is protected from the elements by an AR-coated sapphire crystal, while a sapphire display protects the back of the case. The movement that animates this stunning piece is a Swiss automatic Ulysse Nardin caliber UN-26 that comprises 26 jewels and features an operating frequency of 28,800 vph as well as a power reserve of 42 hours. The Ulysse Nardin Black Sea is water resistant to 656 feet and flaunts a black rubber strap with a pair of black ceramic elements and a folding clasp.
