Dreamy Turtle Island Fiji Was Featured In The Blue Lagoon

The Blue Lagoon is a very popular movie that came out in 1980 and stars Christopher Atkins and Brooke Shields. Telling the story of two cousins who ended up on a gorgeous island after a shipwreck, the movie was filmed on Turtle Island Fiji – a paradisiacal island that is located on the shores of the Blue Lagoon. The island is only accessible via seaplane and is the home of a luxurious resort that impresses with comfortable accommodations and impeccable service.

The establishment can only host 14 couples at a time in 14 lavish bures, each boasting its own untouched private beach.  During their stay, visitors can always relax, take in the sights or enjoy sunbathing.
