For all music and bling lovers out there, Crystal Rocked has launched a new range of dazzling guitars. The initiative follows the huge success of the brand’s 2007 collaboration with Gibson, when they created the first guitar covered entirely with crystals. The instrument was then used by many famous artists before reaching the Gibson wall of fame four years later.
Now Crystal Rocked is back with a similar project, developed together with famous crystal manufacturer and retailer Swarovski. Together, the three brands have come up with some really awesome designs, using about 14,000 crystals for each glam instrument. The process took over 100 man hours for every piece, and the result can now be admired in the gallery below.
As far as prices go, we have to say that it takes an artist with deep pockets to purchase these collection-worthy guitars. The Gibson Flying V custom is $19,000, the Gibson les Paul custom is $14,000, and the Gibson Acoustic custom is $12,000.
