Traditional or modern, precious or rustic, whatever suits your style is perfect for Christmas. And you don’t even have to buy the most expensive stuff, you can use anything you have at home and just add a lot of creativity.

Of course, if you want to go expensive no one will stand in your way. But if you decide to give your home a special touch with your own two hands, here are some interesting ideas for you. Some of them are cute and playful, others are simply marvelous with their elegance. Get inspiration from each picture below and season it with some personal imagination.

– What better time to express your love than on Christmas? These small Christmas trees are simply adorable.

– Rustic and lively, this decor is reminiscent of old times when children would gather around their grandfather and listen to his Christmas stories.

– So you’ve decorated the tree, you’ve prepared the glass of milk and the plate of cookies…but does Santa have a place to rest too? Why not put an extra chair for him near the tree?

– A few branches, a few candles a small vase and some fruit…who would have thought they could make such a lovely decor?

– The table cloth, the glasses and the plates are absolutely amazing. But did you notice the delicate green decorations on the table?

– You can always choose to go untraditional for Christmas. Instead of the ever green tree, you can gather some brown branches, put them in a decorative vase and add some hand-crafted snow flakes.

– Who sais only dinner should be special on Christmas? How about a nice festive breakfast for your children?

– Each and every single element in this decor is easy to get and you probably have it in your house…and back yard.

– Outside the trees are all covered in snow. You can bring the outside atmosphere in your home with lovely white decorations like these ones for your tree.

– Show us one thing that is expensive and difficult to find in this picture. See how simple it is to decorate your home?

– The entire picture looks dreamy, but what we like the most is that cute set of toy cubes that spell “Christmas”. So original!

– For a rustic and natural touch you can always use a handful of nuts in your decorations.

– This one is for the more delicate side in you. Lovely warm hues, fragile-looking wire angels and transparent decorations, they create a beautiful effect together.

– Test-tubes on a tree? Why not! And they look wonderful!

So feel free to experiment and express yourself in the most original way. Christmas is all about happiness and serenity, so go ahead and create your own happy place.
