Unveiled officially during Hyundai’s SEMA press conference that took place on November 3, 2015, the aptly named Adventuremobile was created by John Pangilinan, a tuner from Southern California that’s known for his incredible creations. What makes the Tucson Adventuremobile special is the fact that it offers a practical mix of comfort and performance, which means that it can be used for casual weekend getaways as well as for serious exploration trips.
Some of its most important additions include a Treeline Tamarack rooftop tent, Goal Zero solar panels, an Aries bull bar, Rigid industries LED lights and a stunning BASF army green paintjob created by Strasse Sport. The suspension was lifted by 1.5 inches in order to ensure more ground clearance, while the RAYS Gram Lights 57DR wheels enveloped in Toyo Open Country A/T II tires make sure that the car can tackle harsh roads without issues.
The performance-related upgrades comprise an improved air intake and charge pipe kit, as well as a Magnaflow exhaust system.
