Aston Martin V12 Zagato Makes Its Production Debut in Kuwait (6)

The first production Aston Martin V12 Zagato will make its debut at the Kuwait Concours d’Elegance this month. The concours is the only event of this type in the Middle East, and it has now reached its third edition.

Aston Martin and Zagato started their partnership over half a century ago, and this outstanding car is celebrating the two company’s successful collaboration. The V12 Zagato is based on the V12 Vantage and is hand-assembled at the company’s Gaydon headquarters in England. With a hand-crafted carbon-fiber and aluminum body, this luxe vehicle is a pleasure to look at.

Driving the V12 Zagato is also a very rewarding experience, as the car is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 engine that’s capable of 510 horsepower and 420 pound-feet of maximum torque. After an “extremely positive initial customer reaction”, the supercar is ready for limited production with a hefty price tag: £330,000 ($520,000). The first customer deliveries will take place in late 2012.
