Not everybody can afford a restored DeLorean timeless car (which costs some $90,000), so the renowned automaker has another alluring offer for its fans. Together with famous bicycle manufacturer Marc Moore, the president of the new version of the DeLorean Motor Company, Stephen Wynne, has come up with a very special bicycle, named Anyday.
Unlike most of today’s high-en bikes, this one features a heavy stainless-steel body, which almost completely eliminates the corrosion problem, and offers a safer ride. The wheels also receive more raw pedal power, thanks to its state-of-the-art mechanics. The Anyday also has illuminescent-painted wheels for safer nighttime strolls, disc brakes, and 11-speed internally-geared hub.
We don’t know much about the bike’s availability, but we do know its price: $5,500. Clearly, this is not just any bicycle that you buy for practical purposes alone. Bearing the DeLorean name, this baby is a real pride booster.
