Anniversary Guerlain L’Heure Bleu Fragrance for Glam Ladies

The iconic fragrance of L’Heure Bleu by Jacques Guerlain has been drawing its power from the mesmerizing night’s sky for a century now. First launched in 1912, the famous perfume is now ready to enchant us all again with its reformulated 2012 edition.

Endearing aromas of carnations, bergamot and neroli blend beautifully with notes of aniseed, iris and violet. The background offers sweetish aromas of vanilla, tonka beans and benzoin resin. This irresistible mixture of aromas have been complementing the fascinating personality of many elegant, mysterious and fine women around the world.

To celebrate the fragrance’s centenary, Guerlain created something really special together with Maison Baccarat for the lovely crystal bottle, and Gripoix for the gorgeous bijou adorning the neck of the flacon. The beautiful jewel depicts a bunch of delicate violets made in molten glass crystal ciselé in 24-carat gold. This gives the bottle a fascinating glittering effect in the dusk, thus evoking the source of inspiration for the fragrance – the wonderful night sky.
