Aaron Spelling’s Mansion in L.A. Bought by Petra Ecclestone

Spelling's $150 Million Mansion

Petra Ecclestone, the daughter of Formula One personality Bernie Ecclestone, has recently shelled out $150 million on Aaron and Candy Spelling’s estate in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles – not that she didn’t already have a pretty astonishing home in London, bought to her by her father for $90 million.

The stunning residence in L.A. boasts 14 bedrooms and 27 bathrooms and offers a total of 56,500 square feet of living spaces. It sits on a 4.69-acre property and has a servants quarters, a tennis court, a pool, a flower cutting room, an arcade room, a bowling alley and a billiards room, and enough parking space for 100 cars!

Built in a French chateau style, the mansion is the grandest privately-owned residence in the city. The late TV producer Aaron Spelling built it in the 1980s and called it The Manor. It is absolutely astonishing.
