The Rolls Royce Silver Ghost that won the “Best of Show Prize” at the Cartier Travel with Style Concours d’Elegance and the “Best of Class Prize” in the Rolls Royce Class, now stands proudly at the magnificent Chowmahalla Palace, India. To celebrate its 100th anniversary, the palace authorities are planning an event, and the $4-million car will be the pièce de résistance.
Almost one-tenth of the car’s value was spent to restore the automobile and bring it to its long-forgotten beauty. Mr Manvendra Singh Barwani succeeded in bringing the model to its near original form.
