The first things that come to mind when we think of a Maybach are luxury, comfort and reliability, but never armor plating, guns and tank tracks. Even though Maybach was dismantled by Daimler due to poor sales, Maybach cars are still considered to be some of the most powerful and beautiful luxury vehicles in existence, which is probably why Khaled Alkayed decided to use one for this incredible project.
Dubbed Maybach Exelero, this thing looks like it could take you through hell and back again without a scratch, but it can also ensure that you will live to see another day if the apocalypse comes knocking. The Exelero flaunts a massive V12 engine that’s good for 700 horsepower, but the heavy armor plating on the passenger side and the bull-bar placed at the front are bound to slow this Maybach down, not to mention the increase in fuel consumption. Other highlights include a rocket launcher, a pair of rear machine guns and a gun that comes out of the hood. The rear wheels of the vehicle are equipped with tank-inspired tracks that ensure a lot of traction thus increasing versatility and reliability.
The Maybach Exelero is definitely a force to be reckoned with, but we hope that nobody will ever need to make use of its full potential.
