Colin Bleasdale is one of those people who decided to celebrate the event in a truly special way, and since he is a talented ice cream maker, it’s not difficult to imagine what he’s done in the royal couple’s honor.
His floral bouquet style ice-cream was designed to enter the Guinness Book of Records, which means it should cost more than the current holder of the most expensive dessert title, the $25,000 chocolate sundae at the New York-based Serendipity 3 restaurant. Before unveiling his special creation, Bleasdale impressed everybody when he said that he planed on using fake jewels made of melted toffee or jelly, real gold leaves, black truffles and champagne sorbet. The ice-cream posy featured fifteen cones, and now its creator hopes to receive good news from the Guinness Book.
