To celebrate the SLS AMG GT3 45th anniversary, Mercedes-Benz created a new limited edition version of the much appreciated car. Its first apparent special feature is the exclusive matte paintjob. This goes perfectly with the new designo magno graphite AMG alloys and the awesome carbon fiber reinforced plastic body kit.
The latter includes the mudguards, trunk lid, hood, doors, rear wings, rear diffuser, front and rear aprons, and front splitter. The inside of the car matches the exterior, featuring a steel roll-over cage, a dashboard and a central console, all with colors and finishes similar to the car’s body. Only five examples of this remarkable vehicle will ever be manufactured, and they will each be priced at €446,250 (approx. $581,000), VAT included.
Powering the anniversary Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 will be a AMG 6.4-liter V8 engine that can put out enough power to propel the vehicle to a maximum speed of 186 mph.
